Negotiation skills – How to Negotiate?
We all use our negotiation skills every day, whether it is communicating with our colleagues on work-related projects, with our spouses, on who will take care of grocery shopping this weekend, or our interaction with our children, on let’s say improving their math scores. We are constantly seeking mutual agreement with people around us through dialogue.
This four-part series is designed to understand the various elements that come to play for a successful negotiation process and how we can improve our ability to seek mutual agreement on everyday negotiations with people around us.
