I am an electronics engineer who turned into HR , having 5 plus years of experience, my profile is a talent acquisition specialist who devises the strategy and recruitment process, as well as the actual execution of the sourcing or recruiting campaign.
My move into this profile was based on my managing placement cell during my engineering clg days, I found this profile full of passion and challenging, interesting and that’s my main motivation to stay and build my career in recruitments. I find the challenges in recruitments far more diverse and enjoyable to conquer than the ones i had as a network engineer, and now my role covers a broader aspect as I still work within the very innovative mixture of tech and business that has no boundaries to stop growth and learning.
My main motive to join HRBP(advanced) was to enhance my skill set by having a much broader understanding of things that as an HR I should learn and help any organization i am associated with in the future to help them grow by providing solutions.
