About the Role:
The HR Research Analyst will be responsible for producing and maintaining industry-leading research reports designed for sophisticated participants in Human Capital Management markets. The Research Analyst will work as part of a growing team reporting to the Head of Research. The position will entail creating engaging content and applying advanced analytics customized for’s key customers and different HR specialty verticals.

Stuff We Will Trust You With:

Designing survey-based research, analyzing the results, and authoring industry-leading content for’s client base
Crafting graphs and tables for market and industry level content
Enhancing’s culture of thought leadership and innovation
Collaborating with industry leaders to produce top-notch products and deliver high-quality services
Working with team members to create innovative research products and services
Updating existing annual reports and infographics with new data, prose, and graphs
Coordinating multiple ongoing projects
Editing, proofing, and sometimes writing new reports,infographics, and other research-based offerings
Stuff You Tell People about Yourself At Parties:

3+ years of relevant industry experience in demanding and innovative organizations
Survey design experience
Writing, editing and proofing experience
Solid math skills
Passion for problem solving, human capital markets, and technology
Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word or Google equivalents
Good organizational and communication skills
Dependable problem solver and innovator
Thirst to educate customer base
Highly detail-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and deadline-oriented environment
And It’s a Bonus If You Have:

Statistical skills and knowledge of a relevant program (e.g., R, SPSS, SAS)
Experience maintaining and expanding research panels
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Knowledge about the HR profession and industry
