<p>3. Create official email Id before the employee joins.</p>
<p>4. Hand over all the office requirements prior or after the induction.</p>
<p>5. Welcome note at the desk.</p>
<p>6. Welcome email to all the staff.</p>
<p>These small gestures actually makes the new employee happy.</p>
