    What are a few of the strategies you undertake for a great employee experience since the moment a person accepts the offer letter from your organisation?

    1. Be in touch with the employee till he joins.

    2. Send the induction schedule before the day of joining.

    3. Create official email Id before the employee joins.

    4. Hand over all the office requirements prior or after the induction.

    5. Welcome note at the desk.

    6. Welcome email to all the staff.

    These small gestures actually makes the new employee happy.

    As you have already mentioned I feel following a schedule and keeping the candidate posted about the same has the most significant role to play here as the candidate becomes aware of what to expect. What do you say?

    What are some of the practices you or anyone else can follow to keep the employees engaged while joining so that they return to work and not leave for somewhere else?
