As an HR professional, we are going to connect with a large no of people and deal with a large no of soft and hard issues. Technical and Human.
The role of an HR professional may vary from designation. However there is one skill set that is unique to all the HR designations.
So what is this unique skill set; I would say it is the skill of dealing with, problems and issues?
Problem Solving: The extent to which you will actively identify, confront, analyze and solve problems.
Creativity: The extent to which you seek to add new ideas and innovation to your work.
The extent to which structure and order is important to the individual.
This can reflect the need to be plan full and preferring to work in a controlled or controllable environment.
Can you think of a few more skills HR needs to equip themselves with.
