In the terms of employment of LC ..the second point states that the allowances will be born by the employer but the last sentence says by District magistrate in the handout … kindly clarify
For LC, the expenses are borne by District Officer. We will review and upload the correct version of the document.
Modules on PoSH Act 2013 helped a lot as reading material in self learning, short videos and live sessions by Indirani Ma’am is superb, very interesting and it was simple and easy to understand -did not bring in boredom, Group work experience was awesome, quiz were interesting to answer, may be at the end to show the wrong answers would help for self assessment.
