    I totally agree with you Divya.

    Organisations first need to understand their purpose behind implementing D&I practices & then they should ‘walk the talk’, rather than just doing it for the sake of it.

    Coaching/Training of employees and HR professionals is equally crucial for providing them clarity and a broader understanding of various aspects relating to its implementation.

    Thanks a lot for your thought-provoking inputs. I am sure it would help everyone in getting a perspective.
