Recruiter must ensure that candidate is kept informed about the company, departmental roles & responsibilities which he/she is going to play.HR Department can share its company success stories, the growth opportunities to keep him/her updated.
Regular Follow-up call between HR department & candidate is to check his/her availability. To understand whether he/she comfortable with package & other terms, does he or she facing any issues with previous employer or does he/she confused or hint to switch to other options.
