“CHRMP Commune: HR Beyond Borders”
CHRMP plans to conduct a LIVE certificate distribution ceremony for our certified participants next week to come together and felicitate our passing-out students in the past 15 days.
Share some ideas/experiences on how you want it to be conducted. What elements should we include? What type of event should it be? When should we have it?
This will be a regular event after now so everyone can contribute.
Waiting to read some really unique ideas.

1.Sharing their experience and journey before and after completing the program-giving a platform to communicate,utilise their soft skills.
2.Eminent speakers share their true life experience that this certification has brought in their life and how to go about in future.
3.It should be like an annual event rather alumni meet and convocation mixed bag.
