Designing a Leadership Development Journey
Dear All,
I am an OD professional responsible for leadership development within my organization. I am designing a year-long journey to fast-track the career progression of employees to leadership roles. While I have already had conversations with senior leaders, and role holders and have derived at the content, I am looking to connect with somebody who is experienced in this. Would like to get an outside perspective from our members.
