    Employee training with AI⁉😶

    😀According to one organization’s report, 64% of employees reported they trust a robot over their manager for advice.

    They say deploying an AI mentor will provide personalized assistance throughout training.

    Since the AI has access to the enterprise file and policies. It can provide quick answers to employee queries.

    Given, that AI can do its Job quite well, in terms of providing a greater degree of solutions at greater accuracy.

    But then how does it compare to a human trainer or manager who has better emotional connect, life like expressions when comparing to AI.
