Mentioned below are the four HR core competencies that most HR professionals possess.
✔Data Driven: HR professionals need to be Data driven. It is the ability to read, apply, create and communicate data into valuable information to influence decision making processes.
✔Business acumen, also known as a business savvy or business sense, is the ability to translate the organizations purpose, mission goals and business context into strategy, positioning HR policies and activities, to best serve the organizations interests.
✔Digital integration: is the ability to leverage technology to increase efficiency and to drive HR and business value.
✔People’s advocate is the ability to build a strong internal culture, communicate skillfully, get the best out of people.
Mentioned above are the four traits of an HR Champion. Can you think of anything else.??

People Skills (orientation, guidance, engagement & management skills) understanding with legal framework and creation of HR policies appropriately by considering internal and external factors for the orgnization, Talent Management and development – (Employee Skill Matrix, L&D/T&D intiatives), monitoring and assessing performance, increasing employee efficiency espcially when he/she isin remote working environment are the core areas besides the technology.
