HR professionals are among the key stakeholders of job analysis and should involve in gathering job data in order to prepare the job description along with job specification. This helps in efficient hiring process that aligns with the team goals.

Let me also add here that besides collecting job data,HRs must also be able to analyse the same and create relevant and clear job descriptions and job specifications.
