  When it comes to receiving performance feedback, a survey says only 29% of 30,000 employees were “always” aware of their performance at work.

  Its a concerning statistic for many organisations.

  🤔So why aren’t employees receiving appropriate feedback on a regular basis.

  👌The simple answer lies in the fact that some managers avoid giving constructive feedback out of fear that an employee will react poorly.

  ✔For employees to be most effective it would be reasonable for managers, supervisors, to provide effective, constructive feedback to employees on a periodic basis.

  Limiting feedback, due to fear of a negative response will result in overall poor organizational growth and poor organizational culture.

  🤦‍♀️🤦‍♂️Unnecessary confusion and disappointment could result during an employees annual performance review, upon learning they missed the mark on items that could have been addressed and corrected in the year.
