    >Male coded words include variations of aggressive, confident, fearless, ambitious, decisive, head-strong, assertive, defend, independent, battle, dominant, outspoken, challenge, driven, and superior.

    There are few posts that must be filled by gender basis. In that case, you can simply avoid the gender category but mention the requirement. For instance, a lady beautician is needed for a lady saloon. You can just note that “this is for a lady Beauty Salon” without mentioning gender. An additional illustration is “Hostel Warden required for a male hostel.”
