A key metric of success for this role is to focus on nurturing the company culture and build remote workers’ sense of belonging within the organization, ensuring that they know their purpose and feel deeply cared for.
As we prepare for the 2021 workplace, I am reminded of the quote by Ruth Bader Ginsberg who said in a speech to young women, “Fight for the things that you care about, but do it in a way that will lead others to join you.”
The same can be said for HR leaders. Now is the time to inspire your team, cultivate relationships inside and outside of HR, and position HR as a strategic driver of the business.
