Usually companies train workers on how to be productive while working from home, and employees opt in to that kind of work. “None of that has happened here.”
Companies that manage a smooth transition to remote work, will succeed in managing a strong workforce.
When it comes to attracting and retaining talent down the road, Micromanaging staff may not help, this simply adds more pressure on the employees who are already experiencing extra pressure.

Organisations need to be aware of how employees may respond on glassdoor and other open forums.
During this period managers may play a more crucial role and inform employees
that they know they are at home with their family, that they are stressed because the kids are trying to get their attention while they are working, and that the company is there for them.
HR managers’ number one job right now is to keep people up-to-date, be reassuring and build trust,”
