The three golden rules to managing your emotions.
π£SAY IT ALOUD
If there is something that is upsetting you repeatedly, do not keep it to
yourself. Say it aloud. Find the right person to speak to and tell
him/her/them. It can be either the Listening Post, your supervisor or
somebody in the HR. There will always be people who can help you
with your issue.>>SIT OVER IT
It always helps to think over things. Give some thought in private
towards your worries and the things that are causing the stress. Sit on
a chair in front of a mirror, look at the person in the mirror and start a
conversation about the worries. You will be surprised by what you
learn about the real issue.βSHARE IT OUT
Family and friends often disagree with us and say things we do not like
or want to hear. However, try and have an open conversation with
them; share your dreams, needs and plans. Help them understand your
point of view, even if it is difficult. Their questions will help you
understand your point of view .π
