Hello Everyone,

I am Swati from Delhi-NCR. I hold double Post Graduate degrees, one in Organic Chemistry and the other in Human Resources. With over a decade of experience across various industries, I have gained exposure to almost all HR verticals. I began my career as a payroll specialist in a manufacturing firm, and since then, I’ve transitioned through healthcare, IT, and currently, healthcare IT.

I specialize in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and Employee Relations. I’ve been a part of the CPD academy for the past year, although I wasn’t able to make the most of it.

With the introduction of AI, I recognized the need to master advanced methodologies to enhance my career. Staying updated and continuously learning are essential to keep up with the rapidly changing environment.

Another reason I joined the CHRMP academy was its ability to bring professionals from around the world onto a common platform for discussions, knowledge sharing, and gaining new insights.

Consequently, I’ve enrolled in the HR Analytics and Advanced HRBP certification courses.
