I have completed my BBA from St Andrew’s institute of technology and management. After that i started working as sales executive. I worked for 4 months over there and then i have enrolled here for hr certification course.
I have searched for chrmp academy and found it quite good to pursue my hr career from here.
I am just a newbie in industry and looking to learn new things so as to build my career and learn new things.

I personally have been in Delhi for several years and was once working as a content developer in Noida. It’s a historic city and you have something to connect with in every nook and corner. Metro has brought great comfort to professionals traveling. The heat is something I avoid otherwise I am all in to relocate to Delhi. 🙂

I have done bachelor’s in linguistics & communication studies after completing my graduation I started my career as an administrator in a school which was recognized by International Baccalaureate, along with that I got enrolled in MBA program which I left after completing three semesters and then somehow I get to know about CHRMP and I decided to do it right away , Finally i am a part of this program and now working as a ‘Data Analyst’ in Payroll department UAE remotely.
This is all about me for now, looking forward to grow my career in future.

I have worked with organizations in United States, Australia and Pakistan and worked with consulting, IT, non-profit and education sectors. I recently completed my CHRMP HRBP Advanced course.
I am currently living in Canada and one problem I am facing is trying to stand out amongst highly qualified candidate pool.

I am Swati from Delhi-NCR. I hold double Post Graduate degrees, one in Organic Chemistry and the other in Human Resources. With over a decade of experience across various industries, I have gained exposure to almost all HR verticals. I began my career as a payroll specialist in a manufacturing firm, and since then, I’ve transitioned through healthcare, IT, and currently, healthcare IT.
I specialize in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and Employee Relations. I’ve been a part of the CPD academy for the past year, although I wasn’t able to make the most of it.
With the introduction of AI, I recognized the need to master advanced methodologies to enhance my career. Staying updated and continuously learning are essential to keep up with the rapidly changing environment.
