    Greetings–my name is John Sherlock and I reside in the USA and am a professor of human resources at a regional university in the state of North Carolina. I teach in my university’s MSHR program–where I encounter some students who are very excited about the potential of Gen AI to help them as HR professionals–BUT many more who are very afraid about Gen AI replacing them! I am taking the Gen AI for HR certification here to increase my knowledge and understanding so I can better inform/teach/guide my students.
