There are two ways to extend the Employment Agreement of a Company Staff. One way is to prepare the previous Agreement keeping all its terms and conditions with the same length of the pages and texts unchanged; the only change will be with the dates.
And the second one is to make a summarized letter acknowledging the extension of a previous employment agreement with the new effective dates.
Which one is better to apply? Please give details.
