There are a few IT companies have gone 100% work from home model where all its employees will soon be working from home. How is your organization changing during this Covid that will remain permanent? What is the role of HR in this change process? What are your views about it?

WFH has and will continue to impact the HR processes in all domains whether it is recruitment and selection, training of the employees, compensation or employee engagement. Hence, HR professionals will have to upskill themselves to deal with this change.
