    Leave Encashment calculations

    As i am aware that leave policy varies from organisation to organisation, I would like to know the basics of leave encashment calculations. When an employee resigns either early or mid year, how do we calculate this earned leaves considering the employee has also carried forward some leave balance from the previous year
