  Humans are emotional creatures by nature.

  absenteeism, Higher
  engagement levels, Increased
  productivity and efficiency
  Heightened
  job satisfaction
  Higher
  retention and lower turnover

  🙏So go ahead and say that thank you to your employees. Reward them accordingly.
