    I have a question if i am preparing for interview for Total rewards/compensation survey. I am finding difficulty to prepare myself incase if i am asked questions on Salary benchmarking. Where can i find information on this as well on other aspects so i can prepare myself confidently.

    Any specific webinar if i am missing please guide.

      Please go through the recorded session on Compensation & Benefits Planning, Point Plan methods of compensation planning. It will give you an idea about salary benchmarking.
