Hello all,

I am Jo An Nancy Thomas.

I am a B.tech graduate in Electronics and Communication Engineering. I have 4 years of work experience in HR. 1 year wholly into recruitment in a recruitment firm and rest 3 years as HR Generalist in a start up IT firm.I am very passionate towards the profession of HR. I want to get a vast idea regarding the HR world so that I joined this HRBP Advance Course in CHRMP Academy.I am looking forward for a better job as an HR professional.
