    Dear colleagues,

    My name is Maria and I am from Bulgaria. I have over 15 years exeprience in the HR field, from HR admin through HR advisor and reaching Sr Director Talent Acquisition. In my last role I was responsible for Talent acquisition leading EMEA region but also supporting the teams in APAC and North America in a pharma industry. I have been through a lot of challenges over the years but if I need to point one here – it is to stay on the top of trends to attract and retain talent. Subscribing for Gen AI course here, I believe will help further not only with attracting talent but also with equipment the teams with the right tools for further growth and development.
