      In “fit” organizations, the idea is to streamline operations and ensure that every team member is fully engaged and utilized to their fullest potential. This approach not only enhances productivity but also fosters a culture of accountability and empowerment. It encourages organizations to evaluate their processes, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that resources are allocated efficiently.

      Moreover, by focusing on developing and maximizing the potential of current employees, organizations can build a more dedicated and cohesive team.
